Our company structure
CityLine Canadair Simulator und Training GmbH was founded 1991. Shareholder are Lufthansa CityLine GmbH (50%), a subsidiary company of Lufthansa, the canadian airplane manufacturer Bombardier (35%), represented by Canadair Aviation Services GmbH and the canadian simulator manufacturer CAE (15%).
CityLine Avro Simulator und Training GmbH is likewise a joint venture and was founded 1995. Shareholder are Lufthansa CityLine GmbH as well as the aerospace company BAE Systems (each with 50%).
